Requirements
Automotive Technician Requirements:
- Strong mechanical, electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience working on Honda or Acura vehicles (preferred)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stay current with automotive technology, training, and manufacturer updates.
- Proficiency in performing advanced repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to use OEM scan tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ASE certified mechanic
- Honda or Acura certifications/experience preferred
- State Inspection license (optional but beneficial)
