As a Sales Manager at CMA's Colonial Nissan, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve team performance.
- Foster a customer-focused sales culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process.
- Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications:

- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
