Requirements
Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess service needs professionally and courteously
- Explain recommended services, repairs, and maintenance options clearly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Confidently sell service packages and products
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
- Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or service experience preferred (hospitality or automotive a plus)
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfactions.
- Hospitality, retail, or customer service experience required
- Automotive service or sales experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn — training provided for the right candidate
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
