Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- No late nights
- No bell-to-bell schedule
- No cold calling

Key Responsibilities
- Review daily service appointments to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities
- Engage with existing service customers and present personalized solutions
- Structure and desk your own deals independently
- Collaborate with service, appraisal, and finance teams for seamless transactions
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and consistent customer follow-up
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Qualifications
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred (minimum one year ideal)
- Strong understanding of deal structure, customer needs, and lender expectations
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Coachable, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using dealership systems and technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license
