Our client, a rapidly growing multi-billion-dollar organization, is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to serve as a key business partner across operations and leadership teams. This highly visible role combines financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, and team leadership, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on company performance and strategic growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling projection processes
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to operational leaders
- Analyze business performance, trends, and key financial drivers
- Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations
- Support month-end close activities and financial planning initiatives
- Mentor and develop analysts while helping drive team performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong business partnering and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both financial and operational leaders
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, project-based, or multi-site environments is a plus
