Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst to take on a newly created role for a well-known client of ours that has several US locations -- this particular hire would ideally utilize their office in Minneapolis!
This role is essential for their growth initiatives and will play a key part in the readiness for their desire to continue their expansion. The Senior Analyst will be a high-visibility position with opportunities to interface with key leaders across the organization

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Collaborate with leadership on a routine basis to achieve common goal
- Gathering data, identifying solutions to various upcoming areas of risk, and ultimately presenting your findings to leadership
- Ad hoc analysis projects as assigned
- Actively participate in financial system upgrades & implementation
- Develop a strong understanding of the firm's financial systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
- CPA/MBA preferred, but not required
- 5 years of experience
- Experience working in a professional services organization is required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with executives
