What We're Looking For:
- 5–7 years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience
- Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience
- Public or general accounting foundation preferred
- Track record of partnering with operational leaders and non-financial stakeholders
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or team development experience
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, project-based, or multi-site environments is a plus
