We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Atlanta team. This attorney will work across a diverse caseload, including general liability, premises liability, and transportation matters. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong initiative, excellent writing skills, and a commitment to professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of general liability, premises liability, and transportation files.
• Draft discovery, motions, and other legal documents; conduct document review and case triage.
• Participate in depositions and motion practice early in your tenure.
• Engage in trial preparation, with opportunities to attend trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to building a strong office culture.
• Take ownership of files and follow established processes and training protocols.
