- Manage a caseload of general liability, premises liability, and transportation files.
- Draft discovery, motions, and other legal documents; conduct document review and case triage.
- Participate in depositions and motion practice early in your tenure.
- Engage in trial preparation, with opportunities to attend trials.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to building a strong office culture.
- Take ownership of files and follow established processes and training protocols.
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
