We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our established Daphne office. This office specializes in high-exposure premises and mass torts cases, as well as big truck litigation, and our practice involves extensive discovery, brief and motion writing, report writing, depositions, and court appearances.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our established Daphne office. This office specializes in high-exposure premises and mass torts cases, as well as big truck litigation, and our practice involves extensive discovery, brief and motion writing, report writing, depositions, and court appearances.
Responsibilities
- Manage work independently after training.
- Collaborate with Shareholders to manage a high-exposure practice.
- Write reports and briefs, take depositions, and handle discovery.
- Attend court regularly.
- Engage in trial preparation and trial in state and federal courts.
- 3 years of civil defense litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Eager to learn and open to coaching and training.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented and curious, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Casual office environment with expectations for professional appearance in court.
- Work full-time in the office initially, with possible hybrid schedule after training.
