- Manage and lead a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
- Develop and implement innovative legal strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Conduct legal research, case analysis, and prepare litigation strategies.
- Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, negotiations, and mentor junior legal staff.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law.
- Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience in a reputable law firm or organization.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple litigation matters.
- Exceptional legal writing, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Strong analytical, research, courtroom, mediation, and negotiation abilities.
