Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Attainment of a minimum Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited school of law and a minimum of one year experience as a practicing attorney performing legal work, preferably in governmental or municipal law; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
Special Requirements:
Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama and must possess or obtain admission to practice in the Southern District of Alabama within 6 months of employment. Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
