Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Jacksonville office. This person will work with a strong team of Attorneys and focus on auto liability cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate cases both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prepare and respond to discovery.
• Draft briefs and motions.
• Work in the office 3-4 days a week to foster collaboration and learning among team members.
• Engage in trial preparation and potentially attend trials alongside senior attorneys.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil law.
• Strong writing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to office culture and collaboration.
