We are currently hiring for an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR for our Birmingham, Alabama location.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
We are currently hiring for an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR for our Birmingham, Alabama location.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Process vendor payments via check, ensuring timely receipt and accurate record keeping of all invoices.
- Manage daily check requests, including client-related expenses and attorney reimbursements.
- Reconcile Ramp card transactions and allocate expenses to client matters as appropriate.
- Coordinate with Alafile and allocate expenses to client matters where appropriate.
- Coordinate with vendors.
- Collaborate with Administration to track and manage client-related expenses.
- 3 years of accounts payable experience and/or a degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Aderant, or equivalent accounting software experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office.
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, organize workflow, and use time efficiently.
- Be able to show strong attention to detail, perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment, and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
- Be able to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction and follow up on own initiative.
- Strong, close-knit team with a supportive and easy-going environment.
