We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team as Line Cooks or Prep Cooks. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing quality dishes, supporting the kitchen team, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and gathering necessary items

Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality

Follow established recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards

Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and served promptly

Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, adhering to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cleaning schedules

Assist with catering events and special food preparation as needed
Preferred Experience & Skills:

Previous experience as a line or prep cook is preferred, but not required

Solid knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills

Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Effective time management and multitasking abilities
