What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Agent – Crowne Plaza Hotel position at Carpionato Properties Inc?
The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick is looking for a guest services agent who will act as a front desk, concierge, and shuttle driver. The candidate we are looking for would need to be comfortable in checking guests in/out but also jumping in the shuttle when needed. Big personalities to WOW our guests is a must!
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly customer service professionals! Prior face-to-face customer experience is a huge plus but your attitude is more important. You must have a polished presentation with professional communication skills. The candidate we are looking for would help facilitate excellent guest satisfaction scores.
Scheduling flexibility is a must. Shifts can be a mix of 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm. The candidate would need reliable transportation to and from for both shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Interaction: Greeting guests warmly, checking them in and out, handling payments, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Reservations: Managing online, phone, and in-person reservations, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Problem Solving: Resolving guest issues and complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
- Communication: Communicating with other departments (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping) to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Answering hotel main line phones.
