This is 2 nights a week, but can be made full-time by adding 2-3 shifts during day.

Night audit is a front desk agent but works 11pm-7am. They are responsible for all the overnight reports and completing tasks to end one day and start a new one. They will also need to learn how to check guests in and out. In this position you will need strong problem solving skills as they work alone (overnight security would be present however).
A front desk agent is the face of the hotel welcoming and inviting guests, wishing them farewell, assisting with all issues, and maintaining a smooth day to day operation for the front of the house. It is critical to be both a warm presence and a helping hand when "on stage" at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Interaction: Greeting guests warmly, checking them in and out, handling payments, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Problem Solving: Resolving guest issues and complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
- Communication: Communicating with other departments (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping) to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Answering hotel main line phones.
