This is 2 nights a week but can be made full time by adding 2-3 shifts during day.

Night audit is a front desk agent but works 11pm-7am. They are responsible for all the overnight reports and completing tasks to end one day and start a new one. They will need to learn how to check guests in and out and also problem solve as they work alone (overnight security would be present however).
A front desk agent is the face of the hotel welcoming and inviting guests, wishing them farewell, assisting with any and all issues, and maintaining a smooth day to day operation for the front of the house. It is critical to be both a warm presence and a helping hand when "on stage" at the front desk.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing the guest registration experience Checking in and checking out guests proficiently Answer queries regarding the hotel's services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities and travel directions Acknowledge and greet all lobby guests Adequately receive and respond to all guest complaints and concerns practicing proficient levels of service recovery & problem resolution.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Daily checklists to prepare each shiftCash handling and counting bank dailyHandling billing issues and disputesKeeping front desk neat clean and presentableCompute bills and take payments
REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for 8 hours of more. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. Moderate computer skills. Efficient in Microsoft Word. Strong Customer Service skills. Ability to excel in a team environment
Proficient in English, Spanish is a plus but not nessecary.
