Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance to callers.
- Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring data accuracy for seamless accounting processes.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine safety inspections of the property.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and guest records to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
- Support guest services by providing local information, coordinating special requests, and fostering guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse guests effectively.
