Carolina PRG is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in the Charlotte area to identify a Senior Operations Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting multiple locations, focused on driving operational efficiency, improving processes, and overseeing day-to-day workflows across production and support functions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple manufacturing locations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company standards
- Manage, coach, and develop staff across production, warehouse, and operational teams
- Evaluate current workflows within manufacturing and operations to identify and implement process improvements
- Partner with leadership to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize throughput
- Oversee billing, order processing, and operational reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations and material flow
- Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and production output to ensure operational goals are met
- Identify and resolve operational issues in real time to minimize downtime and disruptions
- Support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the organization
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related environment
- Experience managing teams within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting
- Strong understanding of process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency
- Experience with billing, order processing, or ERP systems preferred
- Familiarity with inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
