- Review, summarize, and chronologically organize medical records
- Assist attorneys with all stages of medical malpractice litigation
- Conduct detailed background research on healthcare providers and institutions
- Draft and respond to discovery: interrogatories, requests for production, and requests to admit
- Prepare legal documents: motions, pleadings, trial docs, and subpoenas
- Construct comprehensive trial binders, manage exhibits, and coordinate courtroom logistics
- Serve as the primary contact for clients
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as Litigation Paralegal, preferably in medical malpractice or personal injury cases
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and malpractice law
- Experience in drafting discovery and trial documents
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
