Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with marketing goals
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and track performance metrics
- Assist in developing campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Showcase company products, processes, and culture in the food manufacturing space
- Design marketing collateral including:
- Flyers
- Brochures & pamphlets
- Sales materials
- Digital advertisements
- Internal communications materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets
- Update and edit website content as needed
- Capture and edit photography for marketing and promotional use, including food products and production facilities
- Assist with or produce video content for social media and marketing campaigns (preferred)
- Support product marketing through visual storytelling and promotional media
- Create and maintain product spec sheets
- Support marketing needs for sales initiatives, events, and promotions
- Coordinate marketing materials for internal departments as needed
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and company events
- Organize and maintain marketing asset libraries
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to support business objectives
- Perform additional marketing-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Experience managing business social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
- Experience creating marketing materials for print and digital use
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Website editing experience preferred
- Photography and videography experience preferred
- Experience or interest in the food manufacturing or meat processing industry is a plus
- Full-time, hourly position
- Onsite role located in Carlton, Oregon
