- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds routinely
- Must have a current Food Handler’s Permit or be able to obtain one prior to hire
- Prior experience as a Dietary Aide or in an assisted living environment is a plus but not required
