- One year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
- RRT credential from NBRC
- Valid state license in respiratory therapy
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- ACLS or PALS certification
- Additional relevant licenses or certifications
- Critical thinking and strong communication
- Proficiency in English, PC skills, and reading/comprehending instructions
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures
- Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain concentration
- Visual acuity and effective communication skills
