What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN - ICU - Shift Rotation position at CARIN Alliance?

Position: RN - ICU

Location: Evanston, IL

Hours: 36 hours/week with day/night rotation and rotating weekends

Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80/hour based on experience and expertise

Responsibilities Include

  • Providing nursing care to diverse patient populations
  • Utilizing the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating care
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high standards of practice
  • Assuming responsibility and accountability for patient outcomes
  • Leading and guiding unlicensed nursing personnel
  • Contributing to safety outcomes and enhancing patient experience

Qualifications

  • Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required
  • BSN degree preferred
  • BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers required
  • Minimum 1-year hospital nursing experience preferred

Skills: Strong clinical assessment, leadership, regulatory knowledge, and commitment to quality care.

Salary : $36 - $56
