Position: RN - ICU

Location: Evanston, IL

Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week with day/night rotation and rotating weekends

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to diverse patient populations in the ICU
  • Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of practice
  • Take responsibility and accountability for nursing care outcomes
  • Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel
  • Contribute to safety and quality patient experiences

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current IL Nursing License required
  • BSN degree preferred
  • BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers required
  • Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience preferred
