Position: RN - ICU
Location: Evanston, IL
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week with day/night rotation and rotating weekends
Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 per hour, based on experience and expertise
Responsibilities include: providing comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process for planning and evaluating care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and taking responsibility for patient outcomes.
Guiding and supervising unlicensed staff, promoting safety, and enhancing patient experience are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications: Current IL nursing license, BLS/CPR certification, preferred BSN degree, and at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience.
