Role: Provide and oversee medically-prescribed physical therapy to restore function and prevent disability across diverse patient age groups, including Neonate to Geriatric.
Responsibilities: Evaluate patients, develop and adapt therapy plans using techniques such as exercise, massage, heat, and electrical modalities; educate patients and caregivers; consult with medical staff; supervise and train staff and students; document care activities; assess and recommend home modifications; manage supplies and equipment; ensure insurance documentation; foster positive patient relationships; participate in professional development; and uphold patient safety protocols.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline; valid NM Physical Therapist License or temporary license; CPR/BLS certification; bilingual skills are a plus; and experience in therapy is preferred.
Physical & Work Conditions: Ability to perform heavy physical work, including exerting forces up to 100 pounds, with moderate exposure to chemicals and hazardous materials; adherence to safety protocols is essential.
Additional Info: Compensation includes shift differentials; sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.
