Role: Provides physical therapy treatments under supervision, using modalities, manual techniques, and exercises. Guides patients through functional activities like bed mobility, transfers, gait, and balance. Works independently, mentoring staff as needed.
Responsibilities: Performs treatments, observes and reports patient responses, documents interventions timely, and educates patients and caregivers. Ensures safety by following treatment precautions and reports changes to the healthcare team.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; associate's/technical degree preferred.
- Two years' technical experience and experience in acute care, outpatient, or therapy units preferred.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in applicable states required.
- CPR/BLS certification and valid driver's license, with minimum age of 21, required.
