Key Responsibilities
- Perform and document therapy interventions.
- Observe patient responses and communicate changes to healthcare team.
- Educate and train patients and caregivers, tailoring approaches to learning styles.
- Follow treatment precautions and safety protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School diploma/GED required; associate's/technical degree preferred.
- Two years' technical experience and outpatient or acute care therapy experience preferred.
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in applicable states.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21.
