This position is for independently licensed therapists seeking a fully remote outpatient therapy role with predictable W-2 compensation, full benefits, and minimal administrative tasks. The role involves providing structured, evidence-based outpatient care for low to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
Key Responsibilities
This position is for independently licensed therapists seeking a fully remote outpatient therapy role with predictable W-2 compensation, full benefits, and minimal administrative tasks. The role involves providing structured, evidence-based outpatient care for low to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions in a virtual setting
- Managing a consistent caseload with clear goals, without inpatient or crisis responsibilities
- Making autonomous clinical decisions within evidence-based standards
- Collaborating with clinical leadership for support and consultation
- Utilizing in-house referral networks and operational support for scheduling, billing, and licensing
- Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with multi-state licensing support
- At least two active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, MA)
- Experience managing outpatient caseloads and strong clinical judgment
- Comfort with structured modalities like CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care
- Preferably experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or structured settings
