What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist - PRN position at Methodist Outpatient Clinics?
- Evaluates each individual patient’s strength, motion, function, sensorium, balance and coordination, etc. in terms of diagnosis, precautions, and complications
- Develops, documents and implements appropriate treatment plan to promote the optimal outcomes with regard to transfer skills and mobility skills
- Maintains current and accurate records of evaluation findings, treatment programs, progress and treatment units
- Responsible for identifying and organizing solutions to difficulties in patient assessment, planning and treatment
- Interacts with the interdisciplinary team to achieve effective inter-team communication regarding patient treatment, goals, progress and discharge recommendations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Shift:
- PRN - As Needed
- Monday - Friday
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Must have current MS license to practice physical therapy
