Role: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities: Oversee administrative and clinical functions of the department, ensuring delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care in compliance with policies, regulations, and standards. Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes. Educate patients and families on healthcare needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote excellent patient outcomes.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred
- Five (5) years of nursing experience, with 3-5 years in emergency nursing preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC and CEN preferred
- Knowledge of Quality Improvement and TJC standards
