Role: Director of Nursing responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of Patient Care Services.
- Ensures delivery of cost-effective, high-quality patient care in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates unit-specific patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Manages emergency preparedness programs to meet regulatory compliance and disaster readiness.
- Fosters a professional environment and promotes strategies to increase patient volume.
- Develops ongoing education programs for Patient Care Services and Emergency Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of healthcare management experience and 2 years in a clinical specialty.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida.
- Certifications in BLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS, CPI, TNCC, and NIH Stroke (timely completion required).
- Leading clinical teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing patient care strategies.
- Managing emergency preparedness and fostering professional growth within the team.
- Driving patient volume growth through strategic initiatives.
- Providing educational programs and maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.
