Position: Nurse Educator responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating staff training programs within a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate staff development, competency verification, nursing orientation, quality improvement activities, and culturally appropriate care programs. Lead CPR training in compliance with standards, develop preceptor programs, and facilitate in-service education.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with at least 3 years of patient care experience as a Registered Nurse. Must hold an active RN license and Basic Life Support certification.
Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of nursing practices, excellent organization and communication skills, ability to foster an inclusive environment, and proficiency in computer applications. Capable of research, program development, and managing conflicts constructively.
Additional Requirements: Demonstrates professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and adherence to regulatory standards, with the ability to work independently and engage in continuous learning.
