Join a dedicated team to facilitate patient admissions and provide initial assessments in a supportive mental health and addiction treatment environment.
Responsibilities include conducting patient exams, nursing assessments, developing treatment plans, and consulting with patients, families, and medical staff regarding care needs and referrals.
Qualifications require a master's degree in social work or mental health counseling, or a BSN, along with an unrestricted Utah license.
Must have at least 2 years of post-graduate experience in psychiatric or substance abuse settings, with preferred familiarity in inpatient or partial hospitalization environments.
Additional skills include knowledge of managed healthcare, medical terminology, case management, discharge planning, and utilization review.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old, pass background checks, and a drug screen.
