Role: Full-time Cardiothoracic Surgeon specializing in cardiac and thoracic surgery, with expertise in CABG, valve procedures, and minimally invasive techniques.
Responsibilities: Provide surgical care at a regional medical center, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, participate in quality and outcomes improvement programs, and build regional relationships through outreach.
Qualifications & Skills: Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery, minimum 5 years of experience, proficiency in minimally invasive cardiac surgery (MICS), valid California medical license or eligibility, and team-oriented mindset.
Key Duties: Perform surgeries primarily on weekdays, share call coverage approximately 1:3, contribute to a high-performing program with participation in national registries, and uphold high standards of patient care and outcomes.
