Seeking a full-time, Fellowship Trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a multispecialty group practice at a medical center.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of cardiothoracic experience and demonstrates expertise in CABG, valve repair/replacement, thoracic surgery, and proficiency in minimally invasive cardiac surgery (MICS).
Responsibilities include providing cardiac and thoracic surgical services primarily on weekdays, with call coverage approximately 1:3 shared among team members. The role involves working at a medical center campus with outreach to regional communities to build relationships.
The physician-led practice emphasizes quality improvement, participation in the STS Registry, and performance benchmarking. Candidates must hold or obtain a California Physician License and be credentialed with the medical staff.
