What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the platform
- Define product direction across software, AI capabilities, and hardware integrations
- Lead vendor selection, platform scope decisions, and build vs. buy evaluations
- Drive financial outcomes including revenue targets, pricing inputs, and value realization
- Align with executive leadership on long-term strategy, differentiation, and investment priorities
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and AI teams to deliver impactful product releases
- Conduct ongoing user research and customer engagement to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams on positioning and launch strategies
- Operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- 5 years of product management experience with increasing ownership and scope
- Experience building, scaling, and expanding products
- Strong understanding of Ambulatory clinical workflows, patient engagement, or adjacent healthcare solutions (preferred)
- Healthcare industry experience (strongly preferred)
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, platforms, or hardware integrations
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and make complex tradeoffs with accountability for outcomes
- Strong communication skills with executive presence
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capability
- High agency with a natural drive to overcome obstacles and achieve goals
- Deep strategic thinking with the ability to assess competitive forces, segment markets, and identify durable advantages
- Strong community-building skills with the ability to foster collaboration, accountability, and alignment toward shared goals
- Ability to be onsite in the Bay Area, monthly.
