What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle including strategy, roadmap, execution, and go-to-market
- Lead development of AI-driven clinical intelligence across ambulatory workflows (pre-visit through follow-up and panel management)
- Build decision support tools that enhance clinical judgment while preserving clinician autonomy
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, clinical, design, and data teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Collaborate closely with health systems to validate product direction, iterate quickly, and drive adoption
- Establish standards for responsible AI deployment in clinical environments with a focus on measurable ROI
- Identify and address clinical, documentation, and coding gaps at the point of care
- Deliver role-specific and specialty-specific recommendations across the ambulatory care continuum
- Drive product adoption from pilot phases through enterprise-scale implementation
- Define success metrics and continuously measure product performance and clinical impact
- 5 years of product management experience with strong healthcare domain expertise
- Experience building and scaling products in inpatient or ambulatory clinical settings within large health systems
- Proven track record of integrating products with major EHR systems (Epic strongly preferred)
- Deep understanding of clinician workflows, challenges, and documentation burden
- Demonstrated ability to take products from concept (0 to 1) through scale
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and measuring outcomes
- Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering and design teams to prototype and ship products
- Experience working across distributed and global teams
- Experience building AI/ML or LLM-based healthcare products
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, NLP, or clinical summarization tools
- Understanding of AI safety, validation, and hallucination mitigation in clinical settings
- Technical fluency including SQL and clinical data models (e.g., ICD-10, LOINC)
- Knowledge of interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and clinical governance processes
- Experience supporting clinical pilots, real-world evidence generation, and enterprise procurement cycles
- Strong product intuition with the ability to simplify complex clinical and technical workflows
- Self-starter mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and making high-impact decisions quickly
