What You’ll Do
- Lead and support multiple cross-functional operational and technology initiatives, including enterprise AI transformation efforts and clinical operations expansion programs
- Partner with executive leadership, operational stakeholders, and clinical teams to drive alignment, accountability, and execution across strategic initiatives
- Independently manage project timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent work streams
- Attend meetings across operational, clinical, and technology teams while capturing comprehensive notes, decisions, action items, and follow-up requirements
- Organize, schedule, and coordinate meetings while ensuring timely communication and execution of next steps
- Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, status updates, dashboards, and visual project communications
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, RAID logs, timelines, and project documentation
- Track milestones, identify risks proactively, and drive issue resolution to maintain project momentum
- Support operational process improvement initiatives that enable scalable clinical growth and enhanced organizational efficiency
- Help facilitate organizational change management efforts associated with AI adoption and evolving clinical workflows
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders while operating with professionalism, discretion, and urgency
- Function as a trusted operational partner capable of driving initiatives forward with minimal direction
- 7 years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, healthcare operations, business analysis, or related functions
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading operational transformation initiatives within healthcare environments
- Experience contributing to AI transformation, digital transformation, automation, or technology modernization initiatives
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare delivery models, and/or clinical expansion initiatives preferred
- Proven ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and execute effectively in fast-moving environments
- Experience presenting updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong note-taking, active listening, meeting facilitation, and follow-through capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and operational discipline
- High emotional intelligence, situational awareness, and ability to navigate complex group dynamics
- Collaborative mindset combined with strong personal accountability and ownership
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to identify needs, solve problems proactively, and drive execution without heavy oversight
- Experience supporting healthcare operational scaling or clinical growth initiatives
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflow optimization, operational analytics, or healthcare technology implementation
- Consulting experience or experience working within highly matrixed organizations
- PMP or related project management certification preferred
