Position: Sales Representative
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in the fresh produce industry, particularly in Mexican products and herbs. You will be responsible for identifying new clients, growing sales, and maintaining strong business relationships while collaborating closely with Procurement, Operations, and Product Development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on Mexican produce and herbs for the U.S. and Colombian markets.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product availability, quality, and customer requirements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities to expand our presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the fresh produce or food distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican produce, herbs, and supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to travel and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
