You will undergo a probationary period of SIX (6) MONTHS as from the date of commencement of employment. After having successfully completed the probationary period you will be confirmed in your post.

About The Role
Oversee works in the kitchen assigned by the Chef de Partie
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible of the assigned posts in the kitchen area in the absence of Chef de Partie
- Responsible of the sequence of breakfast buffet, lunch in absence of Chef de Partie
- Monitor the flow of goods during food production
- Give instructions to assistant cooks or cooks
- Prepare dishes as per menu and taste all preparations to ensure quality standard
- Cooperate in creating decorations in the buffet area for restaurant when required
- In absence of the Chef de Partie, responsible of complete mise en place and sequence of food production
- Check booking at start of shift, check advance orders, confirmations, guests’ allergies from F&B supervisors and service team
- Check temperature of fridge before and after service in absence of Chef de Partie
- Communicate with all other team members in the service area
- Reports any temperature anomalies to Executive Sous Chef
