Grants Manager (Temp/Temp-to-Hire) – Minneapolis, MN

• Responsible for planning and implementing strategy for grant activity.
• Oversee submission of grants.
• Project manage and write public grant submissions.
• Provide input on budgets for projects as needed.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Strategize and implement a pre and post submission stewardship process that increases funding.
• Facilitate the research of new opportunities.
• Supervise the grant contractors.
• 3 years previous experience in a grants role is required (public grants strongly preferred).
• Strong project management experience and ability to increase grant revenue.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce a plus.
• Comp: $38-$41/hr
