Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership and Management: In the future once a sales team is established.
- Sales/Marketing Experience: Preferably have experience in marketing/sales, ideally within the home care or healthcare industry.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Experience: Experience using CRM software and tools.
- Education- Associates Degree Required, Bachelor Degree preferred in Marketing or Communications, or Healthcare.
