Title: Functional Analyst
Location: Bronx, NY
Contract Duration: 3 months with possible extension/conversion
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain healthcare scheduling systems and workforce management applications
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Provide application configuration and support for scheduling and HR-related systems
- Coordinate testing activities including UAT and integration testing
- Support healthcare operational workflows and enterprise application processes
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Assist with system integrations and data imports across enterprise platforms
- Create process documentation, workflows, and support materials
Required Experience
- Experience with healthcare scheduling platforms such as Clairvia, UKG, or ANSOS
- Oracle scheduling support and configuration experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft HR imports
- Strong SQL and Advanced Excel skills
- Healthcare operations and workflow support experience
- Business requirements gathering and documentation experience
- Testing, UAT, and integration support experience
- Must have: Clairvia, UKG or ANSOS scheduling implementation experience; prior schedule data conversion; SQL; Advanced Excel; PeopleSoft HR imports; Epic/PCC integration testing exposure preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Epic and/or PointClickCare integrations
- Nursing scheduling experience
- Experience with Time & Labor, HCM, Payroll, or Benefits modules
- Prior healthcare enterprise application support experience
