We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to lead the delivery of comprehensive tax services while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, enabling them to effectively manage multiple client engagements and consistently meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and oversee complex business and individual tax returns.
• Partner with clients to develop effective tax planning strategies.
• Provide advisory services and expert guidance on business matters and retirement planning.
• Deliver high-quality tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate the performance of staff and senior team members.
• Manage multiple client relationships and ensure timely completion of engagements.
• Identify and resolve complex tax and business issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the tax department of a CPA firm.
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, planning, and consulting services.
• Proficiency with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Proven leadership skills and a strong commitment to professional excellence.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.
