✅ Requirements
- CPA or EA required
- Extensive public accounting / tax experience required
- Strong technical command of individual, partnership, and corporate tax
- Prior leadership in a tax department preferred
- Willingness to work collaboratively with junior and senior staff members
- Excellent client service and advisory skills
- Clear growth opportunities and path to Partnership
- Competitive base salary bonus - commensurate with the Big Four
- Hybrid flexibility (3 days on-site)
- ½ day Fridays - year round (outside of the busy season)
- Reasonable busy season expectations (typically 55 - 65 hours/week)
