The role will involve:
- Advising on issues including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination
- Handling employment litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Taking and defending depositions and participating in administrative hearings
- Drafting workplace policies, conducting employee trainings, and providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employers
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong employment litigation and advisory experience
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills

Compensation:
- Salary: $180,000–$200,000
- Bonus: Eligible for discretionary bonus
