What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labor & Employment Senior Attorney position at Direct Counsel?
Key Responsibilities:

Experience with a broad range of employment issues including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination

Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.

Experience taking and defending depositions, and conducting administrative hearings is a plus

Drafting workplace policies, conducting employee trainings, and providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employers

Detail-oriented and should possess an excellent work ethic, excellent writing, communication, and research skills
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $180,000 – $200,000 annually (DOE)
