About The Role
This role involves representing employers across a wide range of labor and employment matters, including litigation, counseling, and strategic advisory work. The attorney will play a key role in both servicing existing clients and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
Practice Focus
- Employment litigation (including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour)
- Class and collective actions
- Labor relations
- Administrative proceedings before federal, state, and local agencies
- Employment counseling and compliance
- Drafting employment agreements, policies, and handbooks
- Manage and litigate complex employment-related matters from inception through resolution
- Represent employers in court, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings
- Advise clients on day-to-day employment and labor issues
- Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and internal documentation
- Support and grow an existing book of business
- Collaborate with firm leadership on practice development and strategy
- 10 years of labor & employment experience
- Strong background in employment litigation and labor relations
- Experience with agency proceedings and administrative practice
- Ability to manage complex matters independently
- Strong client development and relationship management skills
- Portable book of business preferred
- Pennsylvania Bar admission required
