We are looking to identify a Partner-Level Labor & Employment Attorney to join our client's growing and established practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced attorney seeking a platform to support and expand an existing client base, while working within a collaborative environment handling both employment litigation and advisory matters.

Position: Labor & Employment Attorney (Partner-Level)

About The Role

This role involves representing employers across a wide range of labor and employment matters, including litigation, counseling, and strategic advisory work. The attorney will play a key role in both servicing existing clients and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Practice Focus

  • Employment litigation (including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour)
  • Class and collective actions
  • Labor relations
  • Administrative proceedings before federal, state, and local agencies
  • Employment counseling and compliance
  • Drafting employment agreements, policies, and handbooks

Responsibilities

  • Manage and litigate complex employment-related matters from inception through resolution
  • Represent employers in court, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings
  • Advise clients on day-to-day employment and labor issues
  • Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and internal documentation
  • Support and grow an existing book of business
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on practice development and strategy

Qualifications

  • 10 years of labor & employment experience
  • Strong background in employment litigation and labor relations
  • Experience with agency proceedings and administrative practice
  • Ability to manage complex matters independently
  • Strong client development and relationship management skills
  • Portable book of business preferred
  • Pennsylvania Bar admission required
